WeChat-Freshchat setup

General Information

The integration allows you to connect your Official WeChat account to your Freshchat. It will take about 5-7 minutes to integrate.

Step 1. Open Integrations and press Add New Integration

Step 2. Choose WeChat-Freshchat integration

Step 3. Press Connect Official Account

Then you will be redirected to WeChat website to scan QR-code

Step 4. Scan QR on WeChat website using your WeChat app on mobile phone (your personal WeChat must be assigned with WeChat Official account)

Then you will be redirected back to Extenery.com

Step 5. Add your custom Freshchat title and your Freshchat token

Then please follow Extenery.com instructions

Step 6. Integration successfully added!
