# WeChat-Freshchat setup

## General Information

The integration allows you to connect your Official WeChat account to your Freshchat.              It will take about 5-7 minutes to integrate.

### Step 1. Open Integrations and press Add New Integration

### Step 2. Choose WeChat-Freshchat integration

### Step 3. Press Connect Official Account

![Then you will be redirected to WeChat website to scan QR-code](/files/-MQvKtbhbo6VkUMhsj_o)

### Step 4. Scan QR on WeChat website using your WeChat app on mobile phone (your personal WeChat must be assigned with WeChat Official account)

### Step 5. Add your custom Freshchat title and your Freshchat token
